เดือนที่แล้ว Ride วงชูเกซจากสหราชอาณาจักรได้ประกาศว่าจะไปเปิดการแสดงที่บันดุง ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย โดยที่ไม่ได้มาเล่นแค่วงเดียว แต่มีวงอินดี้ร็อกจากบรูคลิน DIIV มาร่วมทัวร์ด้วย
Ride ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 1988 และเป็นที่ยอมรับอย่างกว้างขวางว่าพวกเขาคือหนึ่งในผู้ให้กำเนิดซีนดนตรีชูเกซ วงประกอบไปด้วย Andy Bell, Laurence Colbert, Mark Gardener และ Steve Queralt โดยมีอัลบั้มทั้งหมด 5 ชุด พร้อมกับผลงานโด่งดัง Nowhere และ Going Blank Again ซึ่งชายอินโดนีเซียหลายคนรอคอยการมาถึงของพวกเขาอย่างยาวนาน เราเชื่อว่านี่จะเป็นหนึ่งในโชว์ที่ดีที่สุดของปีที่เคยมีมา

Last month, it was reported that UK shoegaze maestro band, Ride, were coming to Bandung, Indonesia on their tour. As luck would have it, they aren’t coming alone. Joining them in Bandung are none other than Brooklyn Indie Rock unit, DIIV.
Founded in 1988, Ride are widely regarded as one of the pioneers of shoegaze music scene. Andy Bell, Laurence Colbert, Mark Gardener and Steve Queralt and their five records under their names, including the masterpieces ‘Nowhere’ and ‘Going Blank Again’, Ride are one of the most awaited shoegaze bands to step foot in Bandung, Indonesia. Couple that with Ride and you get one of the best gigs of the year.
Organized by 3Hundred, Super Generation Fest will take place 24th November at El Dorado Dome, Bandung.
