Ten days of the Bukruk Urban Arts Festival starts with a party: The Bukruk Music & Arts Festival, a one-day event bringing together an eclectic array of musicians and artists hand-picked from across Europe and Asia on Jan. 23 to a one-of-a-kind venue alongside Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River.

Instead of satisfying a genre checklist, the musical acts were chosen and sought after to fit Bukruk’s mission of culture and cool from cities east and west. Anchoring it in place and time: the venue. Enjoy the sounds and sights of Bukruk’s opening party at an authentic and historical naval drydock facility, complete with a warehouse, two docks and riverside grounds just a short walk from BTS Saphan Taksin.

Wander between three stages to catch local and international musicians and DJs, and between sets, munch on tasty eats, drink good beer, check out dazzling light installations and watch a mural come to life from a featured Bukruk artist.

Come early, cut loose and get a little weird as we celebrate the best of our international culture at an event designed to be a fun and engaging triumph of place, art, culture, community and friends.
